Leading AI tool adoption across the program

What I did

Rolling out AI tools to the program's engineers. Wrote the policy that sets approved uses of AI on code deliverables and the guardrails around them.

Result

A 20-engineer pilot runs under that policy now, ahead of access for about 1,000 software and systems engineers.
